Formerly Competing in Jakarta, Feby Febiola Rents and Fails in Business While in Bali

Kapanlagi.com - Feby Febiola is currently undergoing cancer treatment. The woman who was once known for her antagonist role in soap operas now lives in Bali, far from the entertainment world with her husband, Franky Sihombing.

Feby has just become a guest star on Daniel Mananta's vlog. She talked about many things, from her illness to her struggle living in Bali. Being tired of the entertainment world is the reason for her to leave Jakarta and move to Bali.

"When I got married, we decided to move to Bali. Honestly, I was already fed up with the entertainment world. Suddenly, everything that used to be the core of my life, something that I was proud of, no longer had any appeal. It's like there's no surprise that excites me anymore," explained Feby.

1. Renting

If many people assume that Feby will stay in a luxurious house while in Bali, they are all wrong. She and Franky actually started everything from scratch when they set foot on the Island of the Gods.

"I remember it clearly. I got a stripping contract, then I left it, I didn't want it. When we moved to Bali, we really started from zero. The first time we rented a place," she said.

2. Surprised by Villa Prices

Daniel was surprised and couldn't believe it when Feby said she used to live in a boarding house while in Bali. Feby assured that it was true and she had her reasons for choosing to rent.

"I thought, I was sick of it. In Jakarta, everything is about prestige. We thought we had to control our expenses, instead of renting a house recklessly, we found a villa, and when we found out the price, 'Huh?'. It's cost-effective. We moved boarding houses two or three times," she continued.

3. Failed to Open a Cafe

Feby and Franky also tried their hand at business in Bali, but it didn't succeed. Nevertheless, both of them managed to find their true selves after being away from the entertainment world.

"Opening a cafe, failed. Then we moved to a simple rented house. Don't think it's a luxurious house, just a regular rental. Then we created a community. It's actually this community that made us grow. We have to start somewhere," he concluded.
