Raiden filed for divorce with case number 2663/PDT.G/2021/PA.JS. The case was registered yesterday (3/8/2021) by his legal representative.

The schedule for the divorce hearing has been issued today (4/8/2021) by the South Jakarta Religious Court. The first hearing will be held on August 16th.

"Raden Muhammad Soedjono filed for divorce. It was registered with the South Jakarta Religious Court on August 3rd, 2021. The first hearing is scheduled for August 16th, 2021," said Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court when interviewed by the media at her office.

1. Raiden Soedjono Applies for Joint Property Division

In his application, Raiden Soedjono not only filed for divorce. But also for the division of joint property during his marriage with Tyas Mirasih.

"The husband of Tyas Mirasih filed for divorce and the division of joint property. So there are two types of cases in accumulation. The joint property here is still in the form of movable objects. We will explain it when it enters the trial," said Taslimah.

In the first hearing, both the petitioner and the respondent are required to attend. As a first step, the court will try to mediate if the marriage can still be maintained.

"All cases that enter the first hearing must be attended by the petitioner and the respondent. The court, besides trying to reconcile, also mediates. After mediation, it will be examined and judged," said Taslimah.
