Fuji Prepares 700 Kg Cattle for Eid al-Adha Sacrifice

In the midst of her struggle for justice over a money embezzlement case, Fujianti Utami remains enthusiastic about welcoming the Eid al-Adha holiday. The younger sister of Fadly Faisal has already prepared a sacrificial animal to be slaughtered this year.

Fuji has chosen to celebrate the Eid al-Adha with her extended family. She plans to perform the Eid prayer and gather at her parents' house, Haji Faisal.

"It seems just ordinary, probably going to my parents' house, praying, eating ketupat, then going home," said Fuji when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday(26/5/2026).

For this year's sacrifice, Fuji has bought a large-sized cow. He has even given a unique nickname to his sacrificial animal."Just a cow, one. One cow," Fuji said briefly.

Not just any cow, Fuji's sacrificial animal has quite a fantastic weight. He admitted to searching for the cow himself from his contacts to get the best quality."Hah... around 700 (kilograms). I searched myself, bought it from my friend at Rajakurban. Just a cow means. Just a cow, me too," he explained.

It is planned that the process of slaughtering the cow will be carried out in the environment of the mother’s residence. Fuji feels more comfortable donating his sacrifice at the mosque near his house for reasons of time efficiency.

"It’s also a pilgrimage, placed near Mama’s house, that mosque over there. Because I celebrate Eid there. Usually, I rarely stay at home during Eid," said Fuji.

Even though he has prepared a large cow, Fuji admitted that he might not be able to watch the slaughtering process directly. He usually just monitors from afar or simply looks at his cow before it is cut.

"I don’t know, it seems really tiring. Usually, I just look at the cow, then during the slaughter... I don’t want to, I won’t hold it like that," he concluded.
