Fuji revealed that since childhood, he often forgot where he placed things and had difficulty focusing while studying. This became an early symptom he felt before knowing he had ADHD. "I often forget where I put things, I forget what I was doing. When studying in a group, I can't focus," he said.

This famous influencer explained that in his teenage years, around the age of 15-16, he started paying attention to mental health issues that were widely discussed on social media. He even suspected he was bipolar because he experienced extreme mood swings.

When he started working in the entertainment industry, Fuji felt his difficulties became more apparent. One of them was having trouble focusing while memorizing scripts. "Then after that, when I started working, I still didn't know I had ADHD, but I found it really hard to memorize scripts; I was focused on the topic of conversation," he explained.

Another fact revealed is that Fuji really loves chocolate to the extent that she can eat up to 10 bars in a day. However, she is aware that the high sugar content worsens her ADHD condition.

"And it turns out that it's not good for my ADHD. Back then, because I didn't understand, I didn't know that sugar was not good for me. I thought sugar was actually good for boosting energy so I could be active," she explained. As a result, Fuji often goes to sleep at 4 or 5 in the morning with an unhealthy lifestyle.

Fuji eventually consulted a psychologist at the urging of her friend. At first, she refused, feeling that she didn't need help yet. After finally going, Fuji did not feel an immediate change and required several counseling sessions.

In the third session with the psychologist, Fuji underwent tests and received explanations about ADHD symptoms. He admitted feeling relieved because he started to understand himself. "I kept saying, 'I can't focus.' Then I would often explode with emotions. He said, 'Oh, you seem to have ADHD symptoms,' and then explained it to me," said Fuji.

Since then, he began to learn more and tried to accept his condition. After understanding the cause, Fuji started to reduce his sugar intake and attempted to live a more organized life. He admitted that he is now more relaxed and tries not to pay attention to external pressures.

Fuji emphasized that people with ADHD are still normal; they just need therapy. "They are normal. Really. It's not a mental disorder or anything like that, they just need therapy," he explained. Follow the latest celebrity news only at Kapanlagi.com. If not now, when?
