Kapanlagi.com - Yama Carlos is so happy after the Tangerang District Court decided that he is entitled to custody of Marco, the child from his marriage with Arfita Dwi Putri. He, who hasn't seen his child for a long time, is satisfied with the Judge's decision and feels that his struggle was not in vain.
"For almost half a year, we fought tirelessly, with ups and downs, today is a historic day for us, our struggle for Marco is finally granted by God," said Yama Carlos in the Tangerang District Court, Thursday (21/9/2023).
After the final decision has become legally binding, and Marco is already under his care, Yama said he would give space to his ex-wife to meet Marco, in accordance with the court order.
"From the beginning, I have emphasized that I will not cut off Marco's relationship with the woman who gave birth to him, even though custody is in my hands," said Yama Carlos.
However, Yama admitted to having special conditions if Arfita wants to meet Marco. What are they?
"I will monitor, if she wants to take him out to the mall or anywhere, please go ahead. But (the condition is) I will accompany. If I am shooting, then wait or come to the shooting location. Don't let my son, Marco, be taken away with ASP, those uniformed individuals who have indoctrinated my son to call them daddy," said Yama Carlos.
