Getting Married Soon, Turns Out Ria Ricis Initially Rejected Teuku Ryan's Love

Kapanlagi.com - Youtuber Ria Ricis will hold an engagement with Teuku Ryan on September 23, 2021. If there are no obstacles, they will proceed with the wedding ceremony this year.

"InsyaAllah, hopefully," said Ria Ricis in Tangerang, Monday (20/9/2021).

Both Ricis and Teuku Ryan are reluctant to reveal the exact wedding date. Currently, they want to focus first on the engagement event.

"I'm not daring to say yet, let's wait until the engagement event and when it's close to the wedding," said Ricis, agreed by Ryan.

Looking back, it wasn't easy for Teuku Ryan to win Ria Ricis' heart. Because, Ria Ricis once rejected Ryan's love.

"Abang Ryan was rejected by Ricis. So at that time in Aceh, Abang expressed his feelings, and Ricis said 'sorry if I can't do it now, but if Abang is serious, come to Jakarta so I can introduce you to my family,'" said Ria Ricis.

Rejected, Teuku Ryan didn't give up easily. In order to convince Ria Ricis, Ryan then met with the family of Oki Setiana Dewi's younger sister to propose.

"After that (rejection), we didn't communicate intensively, but we discussed serious matters through WhatsApp. Finally, a few weeks later, Ryan came to Jakarta directly with his seriousness to propose to me," said Ricis.

Not only that, Ryan was also willing to leave his job as a state-owned bank employee in Aceh to win Ricis' heart.

"For him, I have quit my previous job," said Teuku Ryan.
