Gilang Dirga's Enthusiasm for Studying at the Age of 36, Received a Full Scholarship

Gilang Dirga is known to continue his bachelor's education at Podomoro University. He often shares his activities as a student.

This is what Gilang does to avoid the gossip and snide questions from netizens that arise once he becomes a graduate.

"Later when I become a graduate, amen. there will be some kind-hearted netizens who will ask, 'Why did you graduate so quickly, when did you study?' or 'How can you graduate cum laude (Ameen), when did you have time to study?' or 'Oh come on, being an artist must make it easy to manage everything' or... (and so on). To mitigate all of that, I will never get tired of posting my college activities at @podomorouniversity in the RPL class of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship," he wrote in an IG post on Wednesday (29/10).

"This is a glimpse of 'evidence' from my presentation in the Event Management class. And through this post, I want to say that, thank God, I am very enthusiastic about my studies right now. Always pray for me, okay... Thank you guys," he continued.

Although he once failed to complete his studies, his spirit is still burning. Now, he is sitting in college and receiving a full scholarship from Podomoro University.

"Not as a celebrity, but as a learner. Through the full scholarship from Podomoro University, Gilang Dirga proves that it is never too late to start over and realize postponed dreams," wrote in the IG post @podomorouniversity on Monday (11/8).
