Gisella Anastasia's Permission to Accompany Gempi's School Event

Gisel and Nobu were named suspects in a case of pornographic content video on December 29, 2020. The designation occurred after both of them admitted to being the people in the video that circulated on social media in November 2020.

Based on their confession, the video was made in one of the hotels in Medan in 2017. Gisel and Nobu were charged under Article 4 Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 8 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
