Kapanlagi.com - The first trial of the adult video case involving Gisella Anastasia and Michael Yukinobu De Fretes was held on Tuesday (2/3/2021) at the South Jakarta District Court. The virtual trial presented two suspects with the initials MN and PP.

Andreas, MN's legal representative, stated that his client was not the first distributor. He only uploaded a screenshot of the 19-second video clip that caused a sensation among the public. "We will prove that our client is not the one who spread it," said Andreas after the trial.

Roberto Sihotang, PP's legal representative, also expressed a similar statement. "Our client is not the person who spread the video. We need to draw the line, he did not intend to ruin Gisel's dignity," said Roberto on the same occasion.

Gisella Anastasia herself already knows that the perpetrator who spread the video has undergone a preliminary trial. If called as a witness, she will certainly come and follow the applicable procedures.

"Just follow the procedure, whatever it may be," said Gisel after reporting to the Directorate of General Crime Investigation of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, South Jakarta, on Thursday (4/3/2021).

Gisella Anastasia doesn't know who the two perpetrators are who spread the adult video with Michael Yukinobu De Fretes. If they meet in court, what will this mother do?

"No, I haven't (met them). If I meet them, I won't do anything. What will I do, hehehe. If I meet them, I'll just meet them. There are no plans for what I will do," Gisel said.
