The Jakarta Metro Police held a press conference regarding Millen Cyrus' case at a cafe located in the Gunawarman area, South Jakarta on Monday (1/3).
As we know, not long ago Millen caused a sensation when she was arrested by the police after her urine test came back positive for Benzo.
Kombes. Pol. Drs. Yusri Yunus, the spokesperson of the Jakarta Metro Police, stated that the presence of Benzo in Millen's urine is a result of consuming beozapime tablets.
The medication was taken by Millen according to a doctor's prescription to treat her depression during the recent legal process.
Based on the evidence provided, the police decided not to detain Millen and her two other companions.
"The medication is for preventing anxiety and depression. Yesterday, I was given the medication by BNNK South Jakarta, to prevent my anxiety and depression," said Millen during a press conference.
According to the doctor's prescription and undergoing outpatient treatment, the presence of Benzo in Millen's body means it is legal.
That is why after this, the police will continue the rehabilitation process for Millen and two of her friends.
"The three of them will be handed over to BNNK Jaksel for rehabilitation," added Kombes. Pol. Drs. Yusri Yunus.
