Tsania Marwa's Sadness Unable to Meet Her Children for Over a Year Despite Winning Custody Rights

Kapanlagi.com - It's been over a year, Tsania Marwa hasn't been able to meet her two children, Syarif and Shabira. Even though she has won custody of the children after the decision of the West Java High Court, her children are still in the hands of her ex-husband, Atalarik Syach.

"Shabira hasn't seen them for over a year and Syarif almost a year, the last time was in March during the pandemic, so they couldn't go to school and we couldn't meet," said Tsania Marwa, unable to hide her sadness when met at the Cibinong Religious Court, West Java, on Wednesday (17/2).

1. Just Surrender

"I don't know the latest news, but what's important is that I pray for my children's health. Because this is beyond our control, there's a pandemic, schools are on lockdown, it's beyond our control, so I can only surrender," she continued.

2. Court Will Carry Out Execution

Because Atalarik Syach did not comply with the decision, the Court gave Atalarik Syach eight days to immediately hand over the children to Tsania Marwa. If not, the Court will carry out the execution.

“We will see for eight days, if within eight days the children are not handed over to me. So, whether we like it or not, we will carry out the execution,” said Tsania Marwa.

3. Can't Wait to Meet Her Children

Tsania Marwa is already impatient to meet her two beloved children. She has also prepared various things to welcome her two children.

“Insha Allah, pray for the best, what is certain is that a mother wants the best for her child in terms of living arrangements, everything has been carefully considered,” she concluded.
