New Facts About Ayus Sabyan's Divorce, Has Left Home Since January

Kapanlagi.com - The marriage of Sabyan Gambus' keyboardist, Ahmad Fairus or better known as Ayus, is currently in turmoil. Even his wife, Eri Fitriyah alias Ririe Fairus, has filed for divorce in the North Jakarta Religious Court on January 27, 2021.

From circulating rumors, Ayus is said to be having an affair with his bandmate, Nissa the vocalist. Although the parties involved have not directly confirmed it, several close people have confirmed the rumors, such as Ririe Firdaus' own sibling.

And today, Wednesday (17/2), is the scheduled first hearing of Ririe's divorce lawsuit. Unfortunately, the hearing had to be postponed because the defendant did not show up.

"Yes, the case has been filed, and today (Wednesday, February 17, 2021) is the first hearing, but it was postponed because Mr. Ahmad Fairus did not attend," said Agus Abdullah, the spokesperson for the North Jakarta Religious Court, in his office on Wednesday (17/2/2021).

1. Is There a Third Party Presence?

When asked about the rumor of the reason Riri filed for divorce from Ayus due to infidelity and domestic violence, the North Jakarta Religious Court refused to disclose.  

"I'm sorry, if it's related to the substance of the case and we haven't studied the substance of the case yet," said Agus Abdullah.

2. Separate Houses Since January

However, according to Agus, there has been a quarrel between the married couple since October 13, 2012. As a result, Ayus Sabyan chose to leave the house since January 2021.

"From the files, we can see that Ms. Eri has separated from her husband and it turns out that her husband has left the house since January 2021," he said.

Based on the data from the North Jakarta Religious Court, Ayus currently resides in East Jakarta.

"The location is clear and it is in East Jakarta, that's why we asked for assistance from the East Jakarta Religious Court to summon Mr. Ahmad Fairus (to attend the divorce hearing)," he added.
