When met at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (17/2), Askara Parasady's legal counsel, Muhammad Muslih, even called it a form of love from Nindy to his client. According to him, cheating has no criminal consequences.
"It shows that Mbak Nindy really loves Mas Aska. What is cheating? Try to find the criminal consequences. Because there aren't any," said Muhammad Muslih.

It's a different story if Nindy finds Aska committing adultery, Muslih feels that his client should take responsibility because the provisions regarding adultery are regulated by law. In addition, without any evidence of Askara's infidelity that Nindy shows, Muslih feels that his side does not need to comment much.
"Yes, prove it first if there is indeed infidelity. The accuser must prove it," he said.

Nevertheless, Aska's legal counsel does admit that his client has given gifts to his female friend. However, he stated that Askara Parasady does not have a special relationship with that person.
"I and Mr. Aska once talked about giving a gift to an artist, and then Ms. Nindy got jealous. I asked Mr. Aska if there was no special relationship," he concluded.
