For the Sake of the Child, Tsania Marwa Wants to Reconcile with Atalarik Syach and Not Restrict the Father-Child Access

Kapanlagi.com - The West Java High Court has decided that Tsania Marwa has custody of her two children, Syarif and Shabira. However, she still has to struggle because both of her children are in the hands of Atalarik Syach.

Although she has custody of the children, Tsania Marwa does not feel superior because this is not a competition between her and her ex-husband.

1. Not a Competition

“Although now I may have obtained both custody rights, I have won. But from the beginning, I never felt this was a competition,” said Tsania Marwa when met at the Cibinong Religious Court, West Java, on Wednesday (17/2).

“I don't feel like I'm winning this custody, even though I won. Because in the end, what did I win? Whether I win or lose custody, it's for the mother, for the father. So there's no point,” she continued.

2. Open to Reconciliation

She is also open to reconciliation with Atalarik Syach, especially for the sake of their children. As long as the reconciliation is fair for both parties and also for their children.

“Basically, earlier I said in front of the judge that I am open to reconciliation. If there is a chance for reconciliation, I will remain open, especially for the sake of the children, God willing,” said Tsania Marwa.

3. Must Be Fair

"Peace is just a word. But the essence of peace is something else. So if they really want peace, then let's propose, for example, if the other party wants peace, what is the essence of the peace, I am one hundred percent open. If peace is indeed fair, if there is goodness for the children, God willing, I am open," he continued.

Tsania Marwa also emphasized that if her two children are already living with her, she will not restrict Atalarik Syach from meeting his children.

4. Will Not Restrict

"Oh, of course. I never restrict because he is their father, as I have said even though it has been four years since I have been with my children, I have never had any intention in my heart just because I won custody. So don't worry, I will still provide access for their father," she concluded.
