"Yeah, because she's in self-isolation, she's looking for something to watch. She watched a lot of movies because she got bored and couldn't find anything else to watch, so she ended up watching soap operas. Well, the soap opera is currently very popular, and almost all mothers are captivated by the story, so it ended up being brought home," said Darius Sinathrya in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Monday (15/2/2021).

Because his wife is focused on the soap opera IKATAN CINTA, Darius is forced to entertain himself by watching football. Not on the television screen, because his wife is watching IKATAN CINTA, Darius is forced to watch football on his cellphone.

"Well, I'll watch football then. I was going to watch it in the room, but 'come here and keep me company until I'm done'. Finally, I watched it on my phone and yeah, that's how we spent time together even though our preferences are different. Thanks to technology now, if it was in the past, we might have really fought over watching a soap opera or football," said Darius while laughing.

2. Planning to Have Dinner

Previously, Darius had planned to have dinner and watch together with his wife on Sunday night.

"Last Sunday night, the kids were sleeping over at their friend's house and I thought 'oh, we'll have dinner, talk, and watch something'. Turns out, she was watching a soap opera," Darius concluded.
