Giving Birth to Her First Child, Shenina Cinnamon Reveals the Moment of Natural Delivery

Happiness envelops the couple Shenina Cinnamon and Angga Yunanda. Through a post on her personal Instagram account on Friday (31/7/2026), Shenina shared the story of the birth of their first son, Segara, who was born on July 20, 2026.

“Segara, thank you for choosing Mama to be your mother. The journey has indeed been very long, but every second is so precious and worth everything we have gone through,” wrote Shenina.

1. Letter to Segara on the First Days

In the post, Shenina Cinnamon wrote a heartfelt letter to her eldest son named Segara. She expressed her gratitude for the presence of her child in her life.

Through the letter, she narrated the journey towards childbirth, which she described as long, but every second felt precious. The note became Shenina's way of recording important moments in the early days of her life as a mother.

The letter also depicts the first bond between a mother and her newborn, marked by expressions of thanks to Segara and happiness over their meeting.

2. Natural Childbirth as Hoped

Shenina explained that the childbirth process went as she hoped. She is grateful to have given birth naturally without medical intervention, and she mentioned that the process was quick.

“Mama is very grateful because the process of your birth was made easy by Allah. Mama was able to give birth to you naturally without medical intervention, with a quick process, the perineum remained intact, and the most beautiful part was being able to hold you for the first time,” she expressed.

She emphasized the first moment of holding her son as the most beautiful part of the childbirth process. The details she shared, including the intact condition of the perineum, serve as notes on the smoothness of the childbirth she experienced.

3. IMD Four Hours That Leave a Mark

Moments after giving birth, Shenina mentioned that one of the most memorable moments was the Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) with Segara. She wrote that the experience will always be remembered.

“Four hours of undergoing Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) with you became one of the most precious moments that Mama will never forget,” she continued.

The first four hours after birth were dedicated to direct interaction with the baby through IMD. For her, that early period became an important memory at the beginning of her journey as a mother.

4. Gratitude and Support from Loved Ones

At the end of the post, Shenina expressed her gratitude for the smooth delivery and thanked those who accompanied her, including her husband, Angga Yunanda, and the medical team.

“Alhamdulillah, all praise be to Allah SWT. Mama also wants to thank herself for being able to get through all of this, to my husband for his unwavering support, and to the doctor and the entire delivery team who helped welcome you into the world so well,” Shenina wrote.

She closed her message with expressions of love for her son. “Segara, Mama’s beloved child, Mama loves you so much,” Shenina concluded.
