Giving Birth to Twin Babies Through Cesarean Section, Indri Giana, Wife of Ustaz Riza Muhammad, Experienced Stress and Cried

The joy is being felt by Ustaz Riza Muhammad and Indri Giana. Because they have just been blessed with twin baby boys who were born on Sunday (22/1/2023).

Unlike the process of giving birth to their first and second child, for the delivery process of their twin babies, Indri Giana experienced mixed feelings because it was her first time giving birth via caesarean section.

"This is actually the first time for a caesarean section because the first and second child were delivered normally. It's the wife who is nervous. Maybe because she often reads articles about caesarean sections," said Riza Muhammad at Bunda Ciputat Hospital, Jakarta, on Monday (23/1/2023).

Even before entering the operating room, Indri Giana cried and stressed because of excessive fear.

"I cried before in the changing room. Maybe because I searched too much (found out about the childbirth process), that's the downside," said Indri Giana.

"They said not to do too much searching before giving birth, because it will cause stress during the operation. But for me, it's normal because it's a new experience," she continued.

Apparently, after entering the operating room, everything that Indri Giana was worried about didn't happen.

"But when entering the operating room, the atmosphere is relaxed, there is no tense atmosphere. Maybe that's what makes the wife calmer and because I am also by her side," said Riza Muhammad.

Riza Muhammad and Indri Giana named their twin sons, Ali Muhammad Arsya and Alif Muhammad Arsya. Previously, this couple who got married on March 14, 2014, had been blessed with two daughters, namely Zuliha Anisatul Jannah Makkatul Mubarokah and Nabila Rahmaniah Tahajjadah.

The names were inspired by the companion of Prophet Muhammad, who is also their son-in-law, Ali bin Abi Thalib. According to Indri Giana, initially she wanted to name their sons Ali and Akbar. However, after discussing with her husband, they agreed on Ali and Alif for their children.
