Granting Her Mother's Wish, Elma Theana Chooses to Travel Home for Eid by Train

Kapanlagi.com - This year, Elma Theana has stated that she will be going home for Eid. She has chosen the train as her mode of transportation to take her to her hometown.

"For this year, I'm going back to my hometown in Jogja, God willing, on the 2nd. After Eid al-Fitr prayer, if Eid is on the 2nd. I'll take the train to Jogja at 10 in the morning," said Elma Theana at Pesantren Al-Matiin, Ciputat, Tangerang, on Wednesday (27/4/2022).

1. Mother's Choice

According to Elma, choosing to go home using a train rather than a plane or private vehicle is her mother's choice. As a child, she only followed her mother's wishes.

"Because my mother wants to enjoy the train ride. She wants to see the scenery," she said.

2. Husband Went Home First

Still according to Elma, her husband, Julianda Barus did not join the train ride. Because her husband had already gone home first using a private vehicle.

"Coincidentally, my husband has already left first by car so I took the train to take care of my mother. If others take a plane, God willing, everyone will be in Jogja for Eid," she said.

3. Making a Schedule

During her stay in Jogja, Elma has made a schedule to enjoy nature and culinary tourism.

"God willing, for 9-10 days there. Later there is a schedule for going to Gunung Kidul, Merapi, and many more," she said.
