Gratitude of Doktif Related to Richard Lee's Case, Prosecutor Prepares 7 Prosecutors

The legal case ensnaring doctor Richard Lee (DRL) will soon enter a new chapter in the Tangerang District Court. The case, which originated from a report by Samira Farahnaz alias Detective Doctor (Doktif), has received serious attention from the highest law enforcement agency in Indonesia.

Doktif revealed that the Prosecutor's Office has prepared a special team consisting of a combination of regional and city prosecutors. This step is taken to ensure that the legal process is transparent and free from potential outside intervention.

"What is clear is that the Doctor knows that the Prosecutor's Office will provide seven prosecutors. Four from the District Attorney's Office, and three from the High Prosecutor's Office," said the Doctor when met at FX Sudirman, Tuesday (9/6/2026).

The preparation of seven prosecutors is a strategic step by the Attorney General's Office to anticipate any attempts to influence the course of the case. The Doctor is grateful because this case of alleged consumer protection violation is being closely monitored by the state."The Doctor is very grateful that this case will be closely monitored. There is special attention from the public and from the Attorney General's Office," said the Doctor.

Not only from the prosecution side, but the performance of the judges of the Tangerang District Court will also be directly monitored by the Judicial Commission. This aims to ensure that the trial remains independent and that judges decide cases purely based on the facts revealed in court.

"The Judicial Commission will also oversee the trial. So, the performance of the judges will be monitored, so it shouldn't deviate, just keep it straight like the Red and White," emphasized Doktif.

Currently, Richard Lee has officially been handed over to the Tangerang District Attorney's Office. He is now serving a detention period at the Tangerang Class IIA Youth Prison for the next 20 days while waiting for the schedule of the first trial.

Doktif emphasized his commitment to not stop overseeing this case until it is resolved. For him, the evidence he possesses is already very strong to implicate all parties involved in the detrimental beauty business practices.

"Remember that what has been reported is not just one DRL, but we are under investigation. So everyone involved should be held accountable. Therefore, we will never stop because the evidence is very clear," he concluded.
