Hanna Kirana Admits It's Not Easy to Replace Lea Ciarachel in the Soap Opera 'Mega Series Suara Hati Istri: Zahra'

Kapanlagi.com - It has been two days since Hanna Kirana started filming the soap opera 'Mega Series Suara Hati Istri: Zahra' on Indosiar. Hanna Kirana replaced Lea Ciarachel who previously portrayed the character Zahra. The 18-year-old artist admitted feeling burdened to replace Lea Ciarachel in the soap opera.

"It's a burden because it's difficult to replace a role that has been played by someone else, at least that's what I think. But here, I am also learning acting, and I want to entertain people and create something," said Hanna Kirana at Buperta Cibubur, East Jakarta, on Friday (6/4/2021).

1. Admitting It's Not Easy

In this series, the character Zahra is the third wife of a man named Tirta, played by Panji Saputra. Hanna Kirana said that portraying the character Zahra is not easy. Because she doesn't really understand how to portray a third wife. Considering that Hanna Kirana is still young, only 18 years old.

"Actually, Zahra's character is like a naive and innocent child. It's very different from other wives. I'm only 18 years old and I imagine myself getting married to someone I don't love at first. And he already has a wife, I imagine how it feels to be Zahra. I think it's difficult, but maybe not that difficult," said Hanna.

2. Sempat Kaget

Hanna admitted to being shocked when playing the character Zahra in the soap opera 'Mega Series Suara Hati Istri: Zahra' on Indosiar. Because she had to be able to build chemistry with her co-star, Panji Saputra, in a short amount of time.

"I was a little surprised because usually building chemistry takes time. Moreover, Zahra and Tirta are very close as husband and wife, even though initially it was forced, but eventually Zahra started to fall in love with Tirta," she said.

3. Dibantu Panji Saputra

Luckily, Hanna Kirana acted alongside Panji Saputra who was willing to help direct the character Zahra.

"Yesterday, I did the initial takes alone just to bring out a new face. I had a conversation with Panji, like 'brother, please help me, it's actually difficult for me to portray Zahra' and Panji said 'you can do it, let's talk a lot'. That's why I had a conversation with him like 'brother, what should I do to make it enjoyable and get the feel'," concluded Hanna Kirana.
