As Ramadan approaches, Happy Asmara and Gilga Sahid performed Umrah in the Holy Land of Mecca. During the Umrah pilgrimage, this dangdut singer from Kediri often wore a veil and looked elegant in her Muslim attire.
Moments during the Umrah pilgrimage were shared by Happy and Gilga on their Instagram pages. Including Gilga's latest photo where he shaved his hair super short after the Umrah pilgrimage.

Upon arriving in Saudi Arabia, Happy Asmara performed worship in the city of Medina. She visited the Nabawi Mosque and prayed at the place where the Prophet Muhammad SAW is buried.
While in Madinah, Happy appeared modestly wearing a veil. He also chose loose Muslim clothing to cover his body during his time in Madinah.
However, Happy does not always cover her face while at Masjidil Nabawi. In one of the photos, she removes her veil and takes a photo with the group that traveled with her to perform Umrah.
Happy captured several moments while in Madinah, before moving to Mekkah. She also took a selfie with the blue sky and tall buildings in the City of Madinah as the background.
When in Mecca, Happy was very happy to be able to kiss the kiswah of the Kaaba. Accompanied by Gilga who was guarding her from behind, Happy was very happy because the moment she had dreamed of finally came true. "Forgive us sinners like us, O Allah. I am so happy to be helped until I can touch the kiswah, I am so very happy," wrote Happy on her Instagram.
Gilga also captured several moments during their worship in Saudi Arabia. One moment shared by Gilga was when Happy was sleeping on her shoulder with her face still covered by a veil.
Gilga himself cut his hair very short after completing the Umrah pilgrimage. The singer, who usually appears with thick hair, looked quite different with a nearly bald head.
