Having 80 Employees at Home, Raffi Ahmad Spends Rp 1 Billion Just to Pay Monthly Salaries

Running a company with that many employees is certainly not easy. Especially since Raffi provides a considerable salary and a decent bonus to his employees. This was revealed when Raffi and two of his employees became guests on Gading Marten's vlog, which aired on the KUY Entertainment YouTube channel recently.

1. Rp 1 Billion

Gading was curious about the amount of salary that Raffi has to spend every month. Previously, Raffi revealed that he had to spend Rp 100 million for the employees in his house. So, how much should Raffi pay for the RANS employees?

"By supporting around 80 employees, how much should you spare at least each month?" Gading asked.

"Around 1 billion, for RANS Entertainment, carnival," Raffi answered.

"With such expenses, can you imagine how much the income is?" Gading replied while laughing.

2. Open to Employees

Raffi admitted that his expenses are quite large, but he is very open to his employees. Because his company is engaged in the digital industry, Raffi feels that he cannot completely hide his income.

He also sets targets for all employees if they want to earn more income. Each division has its own target that must be met.

"Everyone has their own target. If adsense is doing well, the bonus can be bigger than the salary," Raffi explained.

3. Salary According to Position

Just like any other company, Raffi also provides salaries according to each position. The managerial level is certainly different from the staff and the bonuses are also different.

"When it comes to salary, every company has a rate, and the length of time in each company has its own standards, right? But I can give an idea that if everyone can reach their targets, they can earn more," he explained.

Now Raffi is brainstorming on how to keep his company going amidst the corona pandemic. Many RANS Carnival events have been canceled because of this pandemic, and Raffi is willing to use his savings to maintain his employees.

"The target is to survive until December and still be able to pay salaries, taking it from savings," he added.
