Having Children, Poppy Sovia Admits Not as Free as Before

Kapanlagi.com - Changes are felt by the couple Poppy Sovia and Ahmad Gussaoki after the birth of their child, Lalika Airia June Gemintang, who was born in June 2019.

This celebrity couple also admitted that they can no longer be as free as before because they don't want to leave their child. When it comes to traveling, they have to carefully consider it and not be as free as before.

"Having a baby feels like being tied for a lifetime, when we don't have a baby, we can explore freely, but when we have a baby, that's what ties me and Oki," said Poppy Sovia at Bird & Bees, Hanglekir, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (28/1).

"Usually, if we want to watch a movie, we just go, but now when we're already in the movie theater parking lot, we think, 'it's not fair to our child'. So we end up going home again. It becomes automatic," added Poppy Sovia.

1. Practical Ways to Invite Children to Play

One thing to consider when wanting to invite your child to travel is a stroller. Because it is very helpful in lightening the load.

"Jun is almost 8 months old and we're going on vacation soon, it seems impractical to have a stroller at home, so we have to find a compact stroller that can fit in the airplane cabin," explained Poppy Sovia.

2. Buying a Stroller

For that reason, Poppy and her husband immediately went hunting for a stroller and bought it for their upcoming trip.

"If you go to Birds & Bees, everything is there, so even when I was pregnant, I went to Birds & Bees to look for newborn essentials, such as clothes and even a bathtub," she concluded.
