Henny Mona Reports Social Media Accounts that Defame Her, Rio Reifan Suspected to be Involved

Kapanlagi.com - Continuing the divorce process with Rio Reifan, Henny Mona reported three Instagram accounts that wrote defamatory and body-shaming comments to the police. Two comments were found on gossip accounts and one of them was in the comment section of Rio's account.

After investigation, it turns out that one of the commenters on Rio's Instagram is a fake account. Henny suspects the involvement of her husband because Rio responded to comments from the @keyla9898 account that defamed and slandered her.

"We reported several accounts with Ms. Henny Mona as the complainant regarding violations of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law. One account suspected of criminal activity occurred on Mr. Henny's husband's Instagram account, namely Mr. RR or Rio Reifan. What we find regrettable in the narrative or insults is that Mr. RR also participated in commenting," said Hendarsam, Henny's legal representative, when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday (16/9/2020).

1. Comment Content

The suspicion that Rio Reifan is involved is quite reasonable. Besides the comment from the @keyla9898 account discussing Henny Mona's demands in a closed trial, as a husband, Rio did not defend but instead seemed to agree.

"One point in the comment is: 'It's funny that the ex-wife is demanding eight billion even though she is ugly'. In fact, our client is not demanding eight billion. This is what makes us object to that. Then Rio's response to the comment was: 'Yayaya ready'. It means he is basically agreeing," explained Insank Nasruddin, Henny's legal team, in the same opportunity.

"We request the investigator to examine and further investigate the purpose and intention behind (Rio's) comment. This has the potential to be a witness or more than that," added Hendarsam.

2. Not Rp 8 Billion

Hendarsam then explained that Henny Mona's demand to Rio Reifan is not Rp 8 billion. It is Rp 4 billion, which he considers reasonable after what his client has done before Rio filed for divorce.

"The account stated that my client is demanding eight billion. In fact, why not demand eight billion? But we are not demanding that much. Four billion is reasonable. We cannot disclose it yet because the trial is closed," he concluded.
