Kapanlagi.com - The house belonging to comedian and musician Joe P-Project experienced a fire incident on Tuesday (17/9/2024). The fire, which occurred in one of the rooms of his house, was triggered by a rather shocking event.

Joe's wife, who was charging her phone in the room at the time, suddenly saw flames erupting. This was also confirmed by the Head of Rescue at the Bandung City Fire Department, Jhon Erwin,

"When she returned to the room, Mr. Joe's wife saw that the fire had already burned a small part of the mattress and immediately reported it to her husband," said Jhon Erwin.

1. No Victims

In a moment of panic, Joe's wife immediately ran out of the room and called for help. Fortunately, there were no casualties in the incident, although several valuable items and parts of the house suffered serious damage.

The firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and managed to extinguish the fire before it spread further to other parts of the house. Currently, further investigations are being conducted to determine the exact cause of the fire, but preliminary suspicions point to an electrical short circuit from the electronic devices that were being charged.

"The total area of the building that was saved is about 270 square meters. And we ensure that there are no victims in this fire. We deployed three fire engines from the East UPT. Our team began handling the situation at 6:30 PM WIB. The handling was completed at 7:47 PM WIB, or a handling time of 77 minutes," he said.
