His Name is Not Listed in the Guardianship Application of Gala Sky, Doddy Sudrajat Feels Cheated by Ayah Bibi

Kapanlagi.com - The polemic between the late Vanessa Angel's family and Bibi Andriansyah apparently continues. Doddy Sudrajat, Vanessa's father, admitted that he did not know that his son-in-law, Faisal, had applied for sole custody of their grandchild, Gala Sky Andriansyah.

Doddy stated that, in his opinion, the custody applied for was joint custody. However, when asked to come to the West Jakarta Religious Court to sign the documents, Doddy Sudrajat learned that Faisal had applied for sole custody.

"At that time, Faisal asked what would happen if Gala's guardianship was handled by the other party in court," said Doddy Sudrajat in the Rawamangun area, East Jakarta, on Tuesday night (23/11).

"At that time, I said it was fine. Yes, I agreed, but I thought it would be handled together. I came to know that the draft of the child's custody and inheritance rights had been made without my knowledge and consent. There was no explanation whether there would be any revisions or not," he continued.

1. Doddy Disappointed with His In-Laws

Because of this, Doddy Sudrajat is very disappointed with what was proposed by the in-laws of his late daughter. He said that there is no such thing as a guardianship right.

"There is already a draft, we should have come together, read it, see what objections there are, what it contains, and at that time I was still in mourning. It's not possible to discuss it. Daddy signed it at that time. Inheritance rights were signed by Daddy. There is no name for Daddy in the guardianship right," he said.

Feeling cheated, Doddy Sudrajat went to the West Jakarta Religious Court to request a revision. But unfortunately, it was already registered and it was suggested to be conveyed during the ongoing trial.

"The next day, I came to the court again with my objections to Gala's guardianship rights and inheritance rights, I wanted to revise it but because it was already registered and had a trial number, it couldn't be canceled," he concluded.
