"Oh, when you enter the courtroom, it feels like meeting the lawyers makes you want to break your fast again. But no, I resisted everything. Maybe if all this continues, the trial will start after Eid," said Nirina Zubir after the trial.
Nirina said that she and Riri Khasmita's lawyer had a quarrel. They were not happy that the land mafia who had tried to seize their family's assets was still being defended. However, Riri Khasmita and her husband have been proven guilty and are currently serving a prison sentence.
"So what can we do? It's already proven through written and criminal evidence. Besides, she has been imprisoned for 10 or 11 years," said Nirina Zubir.
Nevertheless, Nirina will continue to follow this process until she finds justice for herself and her family. According to Nirina Zubir, everything she does is her way of honoring her late mother, Cut Indria.
"There's only one more stage, hopefully. Let's face it together and move forward. This is also my way of honoring my late mother," concluded Nirina Zubir.
