DJ Una's lawyer, Yafet Rissy, said that Una was questioned as a victim and witness in the trading robot case. Yafet also said that Una was promised six cars by a high-ranking DNA Pro Academy application official named Hoki Irjana.
"It turns out that after we checked, three (Honda) CRVs and three (Honda) Brios, those were the cars promised if they could fulfill the investment scheme and certain downlines. All of it was a lie, all of it was nonsense," said Yafet after being questioned by the Bareskrim Polri, Jakarta, on Monday (25/4) night.

Afterward, Una finally invested some of her and her family's funds in the application. She also stated that her client also became a victim in the application. However, Yafet stated that as of January 2022, the invested funds could no longer be withdrawn.
"Until January, the funds cannot be withdrawn and all the promised rewards cannot be received by Una and her family," he said.
In addition, Yafet mentioned that the total amount of money invested by Una and her family amounted to Rp 1.5 billion. Of that amount, Yafet said only Rp 603 million could be withdrawn.
"Thus, there is a difference of Rp 920 million that cannot be withdrawn, generally speaking. So, they still suffer losses of around Rp 900 million," he said.

Meanwhile, Una has also submitted several pieces of evidence that prove her client as a victim in the DNA Pro case. Transfer evidence from DJ Una's account to the robot trading application was also attached, and she submitted evidence related to the DNA Pro Academy investment scheme that promised a 1 percent profit per day.
"(Then) the legal permit by PT DNA Pro, which supposedly has permits from various sources, including OJK, and so on. But that is only a permit for computer education," he added.
