Invited to Robot Trading DNA Pro Event, DJ Una Refuses to Return Performance Fee

However, DJ Una also explained that her involvement in the DNA Pro event was by invitation from someone. She was also paid professionally for her appearance as a DJ at the event.

1. Refuses to Return Money

At the same time, DJ Una's lawyer, Yafet Rissy, explained that the fee received by his client was reasonable. According to him, it was payment for her services in entertaining and of course they are unwilling to return it.

"There is an official contract signed by DNA Pro and management," said Yafet Rissy.

"There is no refund. Because there is no illegal flow of funds, everything is received as a professional artist," continued Yafet.

In addition, when asked about the amount of the fee, DJ Una did not disclose it and only said that she appeared several times as a guest star and not as a brand ambassador. Not only that, DJ Una said that there were also public figures present at the event.

"December at Kempinski, September at Westin Surabaya and in December at Jelambar, Bali," she said.

3. Professional Relationship

In addition, according to Yafet, his client did not make any mistakes because the fee was her right as an artist. Yafet said that his client only acted professionally by attending the event as invited and accepting the fee.

"It would be a problem if she didn't work but was given money. There is an official contract signed by DNA and management. So it's not the same as Una. That's a professional working relationship because she has performed and received a fee," Yafet concluded.
