Impact of the Corona Virus, Bunga Jelitha and Syamsir Alam Officially Get Married Without Holding a Reception

Kapanlagi.com - Good news comes from Bunga Jelitha and Syamsir Alam. The couple who have been in a relationship for quite a long time finally got married on Saturday (21/03/2020).

Held simply, their wedding ceremony was only attended by a few guests consisting of family members only. Bunga and Syamsir even postponed the reception due to the increasingly worrying Corona pandemic.

"We haven't thought about the reception, we are more focused on praying that this will be safe soon. So, when it's safe, we want to hold the reception," said Syamsir Alam, when met in Andara, Depok, West Java, on Saturday afternoon (21/3).

1. Bunga Jelitha Disappointed?

Although having to hold a wedding in the midst of the Corona outbreak, Bunga Jelitha admitted that she was willing. She also agreed with her husband not to force their ego by still holding a reception.

"Both of us think that we don't want to force our ego, so this is how it is. This is also for our well-being and health.
That's why me and Alam and my wedding team were really detailed for this wedding ceremony," explained Bunga Jelitha.

2. Parents Give Blessings

Apparently, even though they had to postpone the reception, Bunga and Syamsir Alam's decision received approval from their respective parents. According to Alam, the most important thing for his parents is the wedding ceremony.

"Our families are very supportive of whatever decision we make, but my dad even said 'ok, postpone the reception but don't postpone the wedding ceremony' because he's really excited to marry his first child. I'm his first child," he concluded.
