Inara Rusli is Asked by Virgoun's Mother Not to Pawn Items, Emphasizes They are Children's Assets

The dispute over joint assets between Virgoun and Inara Rusli has heated up again. This time, Eva Manurung, Virgoun's mother, speaks out about the fate of the assets that should rightfully belong to her grandchildren. Eva highlights the issue of cars and houses that have reportedly been pawned or questioned regarding their ownership.

Eva emphasizes that these assets, including the car, are actually intended for the future of Virgoun's children. She feels furious if these assets are misused or transferred without considering the long-term interests of the child.

"Of course, that's his child's car. What...why is that? Right? You can't just do that. You know that children are given shopping money. It's just shopping money, you can't be like before, being Virgoun's wife, right?" Eva remarked when met in the Mampang area, South Jakarta, on Monday (15/12/2025).

Not just the car, Eva also mentioned the house and land. According to her, Virgoun has prepared these investments as savings for his children's education when they grow up, considering that a career in the entertainment industry is not always stable.

"Oh yes, that's not for this, it's for the children. Later when the children are adults, the hope is that Virgoun, when the children are 21, maybe in college, and their jobs are not like this anymore, there will still be something to hope for," she explained.

Eva warned Inara not to feel that she has full rights over the house just because the certificate may still be in Inara's name. She reminded that Virgoun was willing to leave the house with only the clothes on his back for the sake of their children having a place to shelter.

"What and how, it can't be done just any way. He said, 'Oh the house is still in the woman's name,' True! But for my child to leave the house only with sandals, shorts, and a wallet. He thinks about his child," Eva expressed emotionally.

Although she has not yet taken any direct action such as approaching Inara directly, Eva ensures that her side will fight for those assets in due time through the applicable legal channels.

"Oh later, there will be a time. There will be a time later. At the time of parting, everything has its own rules," concluded Eva Manurung.
