Indah Permatasari's Father Admits Rejecting Arie Kriting's Family Before Marriage

Kapanlagi.com - Indah Permatasari's mother, Nursyah, did not give her blessing for her daughter to marry comedian Arie Kriting. There are two conditions for Arie to receive her blessing. First, Indah must undergo a ruqyah. Second, in the mosque, in front of both parents and the ustaz, Arie must swear not to mistreat Indah.

Unlike Nursyah, Indah's father, Nasruddin, revealed that he has given his blessing to Arie. He even helped Indah with the marriage documents before the wedding ceremony.

"I approve, always support. It's up to my child, not the parents. If my child feels that Arie is the best choice, then please. I think that is Indah's right choice, and I support whatever Indah chooses," said Nasruddin when met in Sawangan, Depok, West Java, recently.

1. Rejecting Proposal

A few days before getting married, Nasruddin said that Arie Kriting and Indah Permatasari met him at a restaurant. In that moment, Arie talked about the proposal process. Since Nursyah did not give her consent, the event was canceled.

"About a week before, I met Arie and Indah at a restaurant. (We discussed) about the marriage. He said he wanted to bring his parents (to propose at my house). I said 'I'll talk to my mother first, if she agrees, it's allowed'. I discussed it with my mother, turns out she didn't agree, so I returned it to Indah," explained Nasruddin.

2. Immediately Busy After Marriage

Furthermore, Nasruddin explained that the marriage of Indah Permatasari and Arie Kriting was intentionally held on January 12th. Because after that date, this couple was immediately occupied with work matters.

"(Getting married) has become Indah's program, because she has a lot of work behind her. Behind the scenes, they are all busy. They are already shooting now," Nasruddin said.
