The band carries a message of resistance against the mainstream music industry, as seen in their debut EP titled Kiss The Mainstream Goodbye (2009). From the beginning, Rebellion Rose showcased a distinctive musical identity, influenced by classic punk with spirited lyrics.

After their first EP, they released their second EP titled Whatever Doesn’t Kill You Makes You Stronger (2010), which further solidified their position in the Indonesian punk scene. A year later, their first full album For All Allies, Comrades and Enemies (2011) was released. This album introduced more fans to their music and expanded Rebellion Rose's listener base.

On October 13, 2023, Rebellion Rose released their fourth album, Only Love Can Grow Here. This album contains 15 songs, including collaborations with Bobby Kool SID on the song Unbuyable Energy and Let’s Go! with Mbenk SHA. With this album, they continue to showcase a musical evolution that remains rooted in their punk origins.
