Investigated for Domestic Violence Case Against Wife, Jonathan Frizzy Presents New Evidence

Kapanlagi.com - Jonathan Frizzy is being examined by investigators from South Jakarta Metro Police regarding allegations of domestic violence reported by his wife, Dhena Devanka. Accompanied by his legal counsel, Sebastian, the man known as Ijong underwent questioning for almost an hour.

"During the examination, which lasted less than an hour, around 45 minutes, we answered the investigator's questions regarding her report," said Sebastian on Monday (27/9).

1. Present New Evidence

While being examined, Ijong apparently presented new evidence to the investigator that he was actually the victim of domestic violence. The evidence indirectly contradicts the report made by his wife.

"For evidence, I want to convey that this photo has been circulated, I confirm that this is one of the photos used as evidence by both the reporter and the accused, that Mr. Ijonk is a victim of domestic violence, not the perpetrator," said Sebastian.

2. Make the Same Report

The 39-year-old man also made the same report as his wife, regarding domestic violence, after the report made by Dhena Devanka. However, there has been no goodwill from the wife's side to engage in the reconciliation process, so they will continue to follow the legal process.

"Until now, there has been no invitation for reconciliation or indication of withdrawal of the report against Mr. Jonathan Frizzy. So here we are, still going through the legal process and we still respect the investigation process," he concluded.
