Involved in the Film 'GEEZ & ANN', Hanggini Calls Junior Roberts Handsome When They First Met

Kapanlagi.com - Hanggini and Junior Roberts act together in the film GEEZ & ANN which is an adaptation of the bestselling novel by Rintik Sedu. This teenage drama by Rizki Balki has completed the shooting process and is planned to be released in the second semester of 2020.

There are many interesting stories during the making of this MVP Pictures production. One of them is when Hanggini and Junior first met. It turns out that Hanggini's first impression of Junior was not pleasant.

"I really hate seeing handsome people who think they are handsome. When I met and shook hands with Junior, I was like 'Oh yeah'. In my heart, I was really disappointed. He's so full of himself," Hanggini said during a live session on Instagram Cinema XXI.

However, after getting to know him better, Hanggini's view of Junior Roberts changed. It turns out that he is a fun guy, although sometimes annoying.

"He's a really talkative kid. I often argue with him on set because he's annoying. I once had a scene but Junior ignored me," said the 20-year-old girl.

2. Afraid of Not Connecting

Furthermore, Hanggini admitted that she was happy to be involved in this film, which is her big screen debut. Although at first she was afraid because she got a role from a novel that has many fans. Afraid that her chemistry with Junior wouldn't click.

"Personally, I was nervous at first, afraid that I wouldn't connect with Junior. I was just overthinking. Fortunately, once I met Junior, we immediately clicked," she concluded.
