Kapanlagi.com - The marriage of artist Irish Bella and Ammar Zoni is on the rocks. This is because Irish Bella officially filed for divorce at the Depok Religious Court on November 6, 2023.
"It is true that Irish Bella has filed for divorce at the Religious Court against her husband, Ammar Zoni," said M Kamal when met at his office on Monday (20/11/2023).
Not coming alone, when filing the lawsuit, Irish Bella was represented by her appointed legal counsel. "It was filed on November 6, 2023 through e-court," said M Kamal.
Regarding the reasons stated in the divorce lawsuit filed by Irish Bella, M Kamal only mentioned the existence of problems. However, he did not disclose the details because it is already part of the court proceedings.
"There are definitely problems in the household, but those problems are being examined in court, and it will be up to the panel of judges handling the case," explained M Kamal.
Apparently, the first hearing was already held on November 16, 2023. Unfortunately, Irish Bella, the plaintiff, and Ammar Zoni, the defendant, were not present.
Therefore, M Kamal hopes that Irish Bella and Ammar Zoni can attend the next hearing on November 23, 2023. The current hearing is still scheduled for mediation, which is intended to provide an opportunity for both parties to reconcile.
"Neither of the principals attended (the first hearing). Therefore, the judge requested the plaintiff's principal to personally attend the upcoming hearing and asked the court staff to call back the defendant," concluded M Kamal.
