Kapanlagi.com - Artists Irwansyah and Zaskia Sungkar are now a little calmer regarding the identity theft case committed by Hafiz Fatur, Irwansyah's brother, which resulted in one of their houses being seized by the bank.

"Just pray, but as time goes by, we are getting calmer, more sincere," said Zaskia when met in the Cipete area, South Jakarta, on Sunday (16/1) night.

1. Initially Disappointed

Zaskia and Irwansyah were initially disappointed with what Hafis Fatur did. However, as ordinary humans, both of them try to be sincere and open themselves to forgive their brother's actions.

"Of course, we were disappointed, because we are humans, we have to forgive, what else can we do? That's life, tests can come from anywhere, from family, from loved ones, from friends. So, we just have to go through it. What else can we do?" said Zaskia.

2. Not Willing to Make Peace

But for the civil lawsuit that has been filed to the Tanggerang District Court, Irwansyah seems to still not want to make peace.

"That will be handled by the best lawyer," concluded Irwansyah.

3. House Raided

Irwansyah's luxurious house in South Tangerang was raided by the District Attorney's Office (Kejari) of Bogor Regency on Thursday (13/1/2022). This search was conducted to find additional evidence related to the case of the suspect Hafiz Fatur, who is Irwansyah's brother.

"Today we conducted this search to find additional evidence in our investigation. So, with this additional evidence, it can strengthen our case file," said the Head of Special Crime Section of Kejari Bogor Regency, Dodi Wiraatmadja in the South Tangerang area, Thursday (13/1/2022).

"Because this HF person lived, at that time lived in his brother's house, namely Irwansyah's house," added Dodi.

4. Find Evidence

From the search results, the Bogor District Prosecutor's Office found several new pieces of evidence, including bank account books and several certificates, as well as land buying and selling documents under the name of Hafiz Fatur.

"We found additional evidence, namely several assets owned by Hafiz Fatur Rahman, including bank account books, several certificates, and land buying and selling documents under Hafiz's name," he said.

5. Seized

After conducting a search and finding additional evidence, the Bogor District Prosecutor's Office also seized the luxurious house.

"Regarding the seizure of this house, it is because we as investigators found evidence that the person has assets in the Tangsel area," he said.

6. Wanted

It is known that Hafiz Fatur, Irwansyah's sibling, has been declared a suspect and is also listed as a Wanted Person (DPO) by the Bogor District Prosecutor's Office. He is involved in a case of alleged corruption of the Briguna facility at Bank BRI Branch Office (KCP) Tegar Beriman, with a state loss of Rp 3.1 billion.

In addition to this case, Hafiz Fatur has also been reported by his older brother for alleged document forgery.
