"Everything is temporary, let’s enjoy and be grateful. Be happy. Don’t worry about what people say, just grab another glass to make it more confusing," wrote Isa Bajaj on Instagram with a background of selling eels at the market.
Isa emphasizes that his stall is still operating and has not gone bankrupt, despite many netizens speculating otherwise.
Isa explained that the eel sales are part of the menu at his stall, and if there are leftovers, he sells them at the market
"Many people say they don't see me on TV anymore, that I'm out of work or bankrupt, right? But that's not true. I sell them again at the eel market; the eel is one of the items on my menu, so if there are leftovers, I sell them again," he said while being a guest on Pagi Pagi Ambyar, Trans TV, Tuesday (21/1/2025).
Isa also emphasized that his stall remains open and he is still directly involved in serving customers. "Yes, thank God, I'm still here; I make the sambal at my stall. Since I sell Nasi Tempong, if I'm at the stall, I also serve the customers," he added.
Isa admits that many people think he is no longer seen on television and has few job opportunities, but he chooses to live peacefully with his children in Magetan. "Yes, it's slow living in Magetan because there aren't as many people as in Jakarta, and it's also not as crowded there as it is here," he continued.
