In his effort to maintain closeness with his children, Desta never misses the moment of storytelling every night, even though he often comes home late after shooting.
"Every night I still tell them stories, as much as I can. After shooting, I still try to tell stories. I really make an effort for them to sleep looking at my face first," said Desta as quoted by detikhot.
"For example, if I shoot until night, I always try to make time so I can accompany them to sleep," he explained further.
Although he has separated from his ex-wife, Natasha Rizky, Desta strives to ensure that his love is still felt.Â
"Yes, as much as possible (reading stories for the kids), right, I and Caca (Natasha Rizky's nickname) indeed take turns. When they are at home, I want to be with them all the time," explained Desta.
"Although now their parents are not together, they know that love will never fade from both of their parents and they receive enough," he continued.
