Laura Meizani, or affectionately called Loly, the daughter of Nikita Mirzani, is reported to have left the Polri Hospital, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. The spokesperson for the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Nurma Dewi, confirmed this news regarding Loly's transfer to her family.
"So it's true, it was on Friday around 11:00 PM, the investigator has handed over to Loly's family," said Kompol Nurma Dewi when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Monday (20/1/2025).
The transfer process of Loly was carried out on Friday night, January 17, 2025. According to Nurma, this process was accompanied by official documents provided to the family to ensure clarity of the handover procedure. Â
"Yesterday we had to be clear about who was picking up and who we were handing over to, of course we attached a handover report to the family, that is clear," explained Nurma.
The handover letter of Loly was received directly by one of the family members, namely her aunt. In addition, the legal counsel from the family was also involved in the process. Â
"Indeed, from Ananda LM, then from the investigator of South Jakarta Police handed it over to the legal counsel and the family, namely the aunt of Ananda LM," added Nurma. Â
The transfer of Loly was carried out because the psychological assistance process that has been undertaken at the Polri Hospital is considered complete. However, Nurma did not provide further details regarding the assistance.
The process of returning Loly to her family seems to be a step that has been carefully considered by the investigators. This is done to ensure the best situation for Nikita Mirzani's daughter after her period of assistance.
Nevertheless, the police ensure that all procedures are carried out correctly, including the involvement of legal counsel and close family members in this transfer process.
This decision is expected to have a positive impact on Loly, who is now back with her family. As of this news being published, the family has not provided any further statements regarding this relocation. Â
