In a statement in Jakarta, Desta explained that although they are no longer together as a husband and wife, their attention towards their three children has never waned.
"No one wants to separate, I also do not hope for separation, but what is certain is how to ensure that my three children never lack attention from their parents," said Desta as reported by detikhot, Monday (20/1/2025).
Desta and Natasha continue to maintain good communication in raising their children, especially in parenting Megumi, Miskha, and Miguel. Desta and Caca also consistently take the children on vacations together.
"Caca (the nickname for Natasha Rizky) and I are always together, we work together on how to parent. If Caca has any questions, we discuss together to find the best for the children," explained Desta.
The 47-year-old artist remembers how important the love he received from his mother was and tries to apply the same principle in raising his children.
"I always instill this important thing, my mom took care of me with full affection," said Desta.
