Jonathan Frizzy Officially Detained in Prison Due to Drug Vape Case

Kapanlagi.com - Actor Jonathan Frizzy has officially been detained for the misuse of vape containing hard drugs. After his case file was declared complete or P21, the man commonly known as Ijonk was handed over to the Tangerang District Attorney's Office and is now a defendant.

Although the family has submitted a request for a suspension of detention, the prosecutor's office decided to keep Jonathan Frizzy in custody. On Sunday, (13/7) he was still held at the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police Station in Tangerang, Banten, before being transferred to the Tangerang Youth Prison next week.

“The family has submitted a request for a suspension of detention,” said the Head of the Intelligence Section of the Tangerang District Attorney's Office, AA Made Suarja Teja Buana, as reported by Liputan6.com.

1. Examination Results Safe

From the examination results of the medical team from RSUD Kota Tangerang, Jonathan Frizzy's condition is declared "safe". Although he suffers from hemorrhoids, his condition is assessed as good and can be managed.

In this case, Jonathan Frizzy is known to have received three types of medication from the doctor, including pain relievers and medication to stop the bleeding. Despite having several medical records, including regarding hemorrhoids, the prosecution emphasized that the illness is not critical.

“Yes, we are taking him into custody because the doctors also (assess) that the illness experienced by Ijonk is not too critical. We firmly take a stance. The prosecutor also takes a stance to carry out the detention,” said Made Suarja.

This detention is referred to as part of expediting the legal process, while also showing that there is no special treatment for Jonathan Frizzy. He is one of four suspects in the serious drug vape case along with BTR, EDS, and ER, who have previously been declared healthy by the medical team.

2. Today Moving to Prison

Regarding why Ijonk was not immediately sent to prison, Made Suarja explained, "Prison today does not accept detainees because it is Friday. From Monday to Thursday, detainees are accepted by Tangerang Youth Prison. On Monday, (14/7) we estimate at 9 AM (Ijonk will be transferred) from the Airport Police to the Youth Prison."

Although he now has to undergo detention, Jonathan Frizzy is said to accept the decision with an open heart. The legal process continues, including preparations for the trial that will be held soon. "The trial schedule is waiting for our transfer. We will transfer at the earliest on Monday at 10 AM, we will transfer to the Court waiting for the Court's schedule. The Public Prosecutor is ready. There are 3 Public Prosecutors handling this," concluded Made Suarja.
