Jonathan Frizzy Ready to Bring Witnesses to the Ongoing Divorce Hearing

Kapanlagi.com - The continuation of the divorce trial between Jonathan Frizzy and Dhena Devanka was held today, Thursday (23/12). Both parties were not present and were only represented by their respective legal representatives.

This session was supposed to include additional evidence from the plaintiff's side, Dhena Devanka. However, according to the legal representative, the testimonies of last week's witnesses, Dhena Devanka's mother and the Household Assistant (ART), were deemed sufficient.

"Today's session was supposed to include additional evidence from us, the plaintiff. However, we believe that the previous witnesses were sufficient. We will not present any more witnesses because the questions will be the same," said Risyad Rusdi, Dhena Devanka's legal representative after the trial.

The next hearing will be held on January 6th with the agenda of presenting witnesses from the defendant, namely Jonathan Frizzy.

"The next hearing after the new year on January 6th, the agenda is presenting witnesses from the defendant. There is still no verdict, it is still in the process of presenting evidence. From their witnesses, the new agenda is the conclusion and then the verdict, let's pray that it will be fast because it has been a long time," said Risyad Rusdi.

Meanwhile, when asked at the same place, Jonathan Frizzy's legal representative could not confirm who the witnesses from their side would be present at the next hearing.

"We will be informed on January 6th. We might find out later that it won't happen. We are still in the process. At least there will be one witness," said Sinarta Bangun, Jonathan Frizzy's legal representative.

2. Still Living in the Same House

Despite going through a divorce process and reporting domestic violence, they still live in the same house for the sake of their three children. They still communicate well regarding the children.

"From the beginning (still living in the same house). We have also submitted, and the panel has issued an interim decision that our client Jonathan Frizzy can leave the house if there are any disturbances and return later," explained Sinarta Bangun.

Avoiding it from happening again, maybe you already know that there was a domestic violence incident that was decided by the panel. Even so, it's not because of that incident that our client arbitrarily left the house, he will still take responsibility for his child. Communication is good as long as it concerns the children," he continued.

3. Don't Want to Reconcile

When asked about the possibility of reconciliation, both parties firmly stated that there is none. Jonathan Frizzy and Dhena Devanka have agreed to divorce.

"If we see until now, the voices from our clients are still the same as what was said at first that he can no longer be together or he is no longer comfortable. This comfort word is broad," Sinarta Bangun concluded.

4. No Resentment Anymore

On the other hand, Dhena Devanka herself has also said that she has no resentment towards Jonathan Frizzy. She wants to divorce amicably for the growth of their three children.

"I don't think there's any (resentment), that's why I told him that we don't need to argue or bring each other down," said Dhena Devanka.

"Because what I want is just to separate peacefully. Because no matter what, we will become good parents for the children, we still have to be friends for their growth," she concluded.

5. Long Process

This divorce process indeed takes up a lot of time and energy for Dhena Devanka. However, she must still go through the process. Dhena revealed that she filed for divorce in August and it was only completed towards the end of the year.

"It took a long time, I filed the lawsuit in August and now it's almost the end of the year, that's the process," said the mother of three.
