Kapanlagi.com - The Tangerang District Court has decided not to accept or reject the lawsuit of illegal acts filed by Wenny Ariani. The lawsuit was addressed to actor Rezky Aditya regarding the acknowledgment of the child.
"Decided to reject all lawsuits and the plaintiff is required to pay court costs of IDR 395,000," said the Panel of Judges on Thursday (3/2/2022).
In response to the decision, Ana Sofa Yuking, SH, MH, as the legal representative of Rezky Aditya, expressed gratitude. She is relieved because her client is declared not to have committed any illegal acts.
"Alhamdulilah, after a quite long process, today the verdict of the case filed against Rezky Aditya has been decided and Alhamdulillah all lawsuits have been completely rejected and Rezky is declared not to have committed any illegal acts," said Ana after the trial.

With the verdict, Ana affirmed that all allegations made by Wenny were not proven. This includes the claim that Rezky is the biological father of Naira Kaemita Tarekat or Kekey.
"So, all claims made by the plaintiff were rejected by the panel of judges," she said.

Ana further stated that she is ready to fight again in court if Wenny disagrees with the verdict and decides to appeal.
"If they appeal, we will follow, just like in the previous lawsuit, we have the right to defend ourselves, we will prove it," she said.

As is known, Wenny, who claims to have a child with Rezky Aditya, filed a lawsuit at the Tangerang District Court on June 30, 2021. In the lawsuit, Wenny asked Rezky Aditya to acknowledge Kekey as his child by willingly undergoing a DNA test.
In addition, Wenny also requested the Court to seize Rezky Aditya's assets, namely a house and a four-wheeled vehicle. Wenny also demanded material and immaterial damages totaling Rp 17.5 billion.

Previously, after receiving the conclusions from the plaintiff and defendant, the Panel of Judges scheduled to make a decision on February 3, 2022.
"Earlier, the hearing involved conclusions from both the plaintiff and defendant regarding the examination and the decision will be made on February 3," said Hakam, SH, MH, Wenny's legal counsel, interviewed at the Tangerang District Court on Wednesday (1/19).

Facing the verdict hearing, Wenny Ariani is prepared if the Panel of Judges does not grant her lawsuit. "If the bitterness does not meet our expectations, if our lawsuit is not granted, we will definitely make an appeal," said Hakam.
"However, if it is granted, including the petitum including our request for a DNA test, I am sure that the defendant's side will take legal action. So our client's struggle is still long. What is clear is that our client is committed to fighting for the rights of the child, including knowing that the defendant is their biological father," continued Hakam.
