Just Started Dating, Marcell Darwin Reveals Reasons for Being Ready to Get Married

Kapanlagi.com - Marcell Darwin and his girlfriend Nabila Faisal held their wedding today, Sunday (12/1). However, unfortunately, their wedding was closed from the media spotlight. When met a few days ago, Marcell Darwin intentionally did not invite the media to his wedding event.

"I only invited family and close friends. So I apologize, I can't invite you (the media) to my wedding now because it's not that I don't want to, but the venue doesn't allow it. The location is definitely in Jakarta," said Marcell Darwin when met at Le Meridien, Karet, Central Jakarta recently.

1. First Meeting

Marcell Darwin also told the story of his first meeting with Nabila Faisal, who is also known as YouTuber Jovial da Lopez's ex-girlfriend.

"We accidentally met, I made an appointment with my friend and suddenly my friend invited this potential partner of mine, we didn't plan it at all, that's where we met. A week later, she disappeared and suddenly we contacted each other. Two weeks later, we started dating and finally I proposed. I started dating on July 21, 2019. I proposed to her on November 17, if I'm not mistaken," Marcell Darwin said.

2. Not Looking for a Girlfriend, but a Future Wife

At the age of 29, Marcell Darwin no longer wants to play around in relationships. He is not looking for a girlfriend, it is time for him to find a future wife.

"It's better to date after getting married. So there won't be conflicts that happen during dating and then it doesn't work out. Besides, I'm already 29 years old. My mindset is no longer about playing around, I'm serious. So yes, I am looking for a future wife, not a girlfriend," he said.

3. Reasons to Get Married

Although they went through a short courtship, Marcell Darwin is convinced that Nabila Faisal is the right person to accompany him. "It's not about thinking she's the one. It's just in my heart I'm sure that she's the one I need, not the one I want. Because what we want is surely a lot. But what we need is that. She is the one I need. What I want is surely a lot, but I may not necessarily need it. She is the one I need," said Marcell Darwin.

"She is the person who can guide me in every aspect of life in the right way. How is her financial situation every month. The woman I marry is the woman I love, that woman is her," he concluded.
