Kalina Ocktaranny Tested Positive for Covid-19, Only Found Out After CT Scan

Kapanlagi.com - Another celebrity from the homeland has been declared positive for Covid-19. Kalina Ocktaranny, the partner of Vicky Prasetyo, revealed that she has tested positive for the coronavirus and must undergo treatment in the hospital.

Through her Instagram, Azka Corbuzier's mother recounted the chronology from the beginning until she was declared positive for Covid-19. She revealed that initially she was diagnosed with typhoid fever and had to be hospitalized.

"I was being treated (home care) when I was in Bali.. And I was diagnosed with typhoid fever.. Me and Mas Vicky did an antigen swab test, the result was negative (-) One day before I returned to Jakarta, me and Mas Vicky took a PCR swab test, and the result was also negative..," wrote Kalina Ocktaranny on her Instagram, Wednesday (6/1/20210).

1. Weak Condition

When returning to Jakarta, Kalina's condition was still not recovered, but instead weakened. Eventually, her boyfriend, Vicky Prasetyo, took Kalina to the hospital for treatment.

"But because of my weak condition, Vicky eventually took the initiative to bring me to the hospital and I have been receiving treatment there (until today)," she explained.

Upon entering the hospital for treatment, Kalina had to undergo several tests, such as laboratory tests and PCR swab tests. And the lab results indicated that Kalina had inflammation in her lungs, or pneumonia, and she was immediately transferred to the gray area because she became a covid-19 suspect.

"Lab tests were conducted, the next day I had a CT scan.. The result of the CT scan that night indicated that I had pneumonia.. And I was immediately transferred to the Gray Area/Gray Room.. Because I was suspected of COVID-19," she continued.

2. Positive Covid-19

After being in isolation, Kalina was asked to undergo another PCR swab test. And she was shocked to find out the result at night that she was declared Covid-19.

"The next morning I was asked to do another PCR swab test.. Antibiotics, vitamins were given to boost my immune system.. In the afternoon, the doctor came for a visit, and the doctor said I tested positive for COVID," she said.

After being diagnosed with Covid-19, Kalina immediately informed Vicky Prasetyo and also Azka Corbuzier. She also asked them about the PCR test result.

"I immediately told Mr. Vicky and my son @azkacorbuzier. I asked if the PCR test result was out?" she continued.

3. Confused

Kalina was confused about what happened to her. Because the result of the PCR swab test stated that she was negative for Covid-19. However, according to the doctor's diagnosis, she was declared exposed and positive for Covid-19.

"I have Covid? Really??" she said in confusion.

And this morning, Wednesday (6/1/2021), Kalina took another PCR swab test. She shared the result of her test, which turned out to be negative for COVID-19, making her even more confused about her illness.

"This morning I was informed that the PCR result is already available... The result can be seen in the next slide," she said.

Confused about the disease that is affecting her, Kalina asked for prayers to be given a speedy recovery.

"Please pray for me, whatever my illness is, I hope I can soon be reunited with the embrace of the people I love," she added.
