Kapanlagi.com - The continuation of the trial for the traffic accident case involving Gaga Muhammad was held at the East Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (21/12/2021). This time, the trial listened to expert witness testimonies from the Public Prosecutor's Office (JPU).
Unlike before, this trial was attended by the family and friends of the late Laura Anna. Laura Anna's sister, Gritta Iren, was present to witness today's proceedings.
In addition, Laura Anna's friends also attended the trial, such as Marshel Widianto, Keanu Agl, and many others.
"It's still the expert witness, so just attend today, we'll see," said Gritta Iren at the East Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (21/12/2021).
As Laura Anna's close friend, Keanu hopes that Gaga Muhammad will receive a punishment that is equal to his actions.
"I personally want Gaga to come. Well, a suitable punishment that is equal to his actions," said Keanu.
Gaga Muhammad's trial is being held virtually. Initially, today's trial was scheduled for 13.00 WIB, but due to signal disruptions from Gaga Muhammad, today's trial will continue at 15.00 WIB.
Gaga Muhammad was reported to the police by Laura Anna, who is the victim of a traffic accident case. The case was transferred to the East Jakarta Prosecutor's Office by the police on October 21, 2021.
Then, the prosecutor registered the case with the East Jakarta District Court on November 1, 2021, with case number 895/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Jkt.Tim.
In the trial, Gaga is charged with Article 310 paragraph 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation.
