Kenny Austin Reveals Amanda Manopo's Recovery Menu After Giving Birth

Couple Amanda Manopo and Kenny Austin are enjoying their new roles as parents after the birth of their first son, Baby Zac, on June 6, 2026. During the postpartum recovery period, Kenny admitted to giving extra attention to Amanda, especially regarding food intake that is believed to aid in the recovery process and support breast milk production.

"Chicken, angkak, that's basic, right? Yesterday, if I'm not mistaken, there was also snakehead fish, they say to speed up the recovery process," said Kenny Austin when met in the Kebon Jeruk area, West Jakarta, Wednesday (6/17/2026).

"There are katuk leaves, what is it called, it's an herbal medicine. There are many. That's the belief of people from ancient times that is still practiced until now," he continued.

Kenny revealed that most of the food recommendations came from his mother, who has long been waiting for the arrival of a grandchild. "Definitely. Mom has also been looking forward to a grandchild for a long time," he said briefly.

Kenny emphasized that the decision to continue working amidst the moment of childbirth was a mutual agreement with Amanda. "But in this situation, whether we like it or not, we have to go through it. And this is a decision made together, me and my wife, not just my decision alone," he concluded.
