Key Witness Unavailable, Trial of Rezky Aditya's Father's Confession Case Postponed

Kapanlagi.com - The ongoing trial related to the confession of a child involving Triyogo, the father of actor Rezky Aditya, is still ongoing. This time, the trial is scheduled to hear testimony from the plaintiff's key witness, Tiara HN. However, the trial that was supposed to be held at the Bekasi District Court on Wednesday (25/5/2022) had to be postponed until next week because the witness was out of town.

"Coincidentally, today the key witness was unable to attend, still out of town, so today's trial was cancelled. Coincidentally, today we had scheduled an examination at the Bekasi Police regarding child abandonment committed by Triyogo," said Hakam at the Bekasi District Court on Wednesday (25/5/2022).

"Almost the same witness that we used in today's trial, we also used for the trial at the police station, so everything was postponed today," added Hakam.

1. Presenting Witnesses

The witnesses who will be presented in court are people who know the relationship between Triyogo and Tiara, an employee of Rezky Aditya's father. According to Hakam, these witnesses are the ones who always accompany Triyogo and Tiara wherever they go.

"What is clear is that these witnesses can know the direct relationship between Bu Tiara and Pak Triyogo, always accompanying them wherever they go. For now, we still keep it a secret, but what is clear is that he always accompanies Bu Tiara wherever she waits," he said.

"One of his employees, one of the security guards of the housing complex, often goes back and forth to the house, and one more from his family is related to the time when our client was pregnant, the family also met with Triyogo so he can answer," added Hakam.

2. Presenting 3 Witnesses

The next hearing will be held next Wednesday. In addition to presenting three witnesses, Tiara HN also plans to attend the trial.

"Yes, it will be presented next Sunday, with Ms. Tiara, she also attends whether she wants to or not, she also has to show the seriousness of the client's story about the child born," said Hakam.

3. Don't Want It to Drag On

In this case, Tiara does not want her case with Triyogo to drag on. What she wants is for the case to be resolved quickly and for Rezky Aditya's father to acknowledge that the daughter cared for by Tiara all this time is the biological child of Triyogo.

"Yes, basically Bu Tiara wants this case to be resolved quickly because she cannot force it. When the witness cannot testify, she has no choice but to come yesterday without confirmation, but she doesn't want to be honest, has obstacles so it is postponed for now," concluded Hakam.
