Kiki Amalia Pregnant at the Age of 42, Husband Nervous

Kapanlagi.com - Actress Kiki Amalia is eagerly awaiting the birth of her first child from her marriage to Agung Nugraha. Currently, the gestational age has reached 26 weeks or seven months.

Agung Nugraha, Kiki Amalia's husband, admitted to being nervous because his beloved wife is pregnant at the age of 42. However, Agung Nugraha believes in the Almighty God that the birth of their child will be well protected.

"I am also nervous about the age, but Allah has already given it at this age, Allah will surely protect it," said Agung Nugraha when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (29/11/2023).

"I pray to God, especially at my age, not to be discouraged. Many artist friends of mine do not have children at my age. Don't be discouraged, don't be sad, Allah is in control, increase charity, perform obligatory prayers and voluntary prayers," added Kiki Amalia.

1. Exercise Routine

Kiki Amalia herself admitted that, approaching the childbirth process, she has scheduled a special yoga exercise routine for pregnant women, done once a week. According to her, this preparation is important to prepare for the birth of a child in a healthy way.

"That's why now I regularly do prenatal yoga, once a week, because if you want a normal birth, there are many preparations," she said.

2. Being Active

Agung then mentioned that his wife also experienced changes during the seven-month pregnancy. He admitted that now his wife is more diligent in doing various activities.

"Now she's not lazy anymore, in the beginning she was very lazy and now she's very diligent," concluded Agung.
